Un aspect foarte important in mentinerea unei atitudini pozitive este reprezentat de sanatatea fizica, psihica si emotionala a ta, cu alte cuvine este foarte important sa constientizezi atunci cand esti lipsit de energie si sa-i acorzi organismului timpul necesar pentru a se reface. Poti sa-ti reincarci bateriile citind o carte sau petrecand cateva zile in concediu, in natura.
2. Traieste cu recunostinta
O multime de situatii pozitive se petrec in viata noastra dar noi nici macar nu le luam inseamna, ocupati fiind sa cercetam fiecare gand negativ care ne trece prin cap, gand care se transforma in cel mai scurt timp intr-o adevarata furtuna interioara. Unul dintre lucrurile pe care le poti face si care cu siguranta te pot ajuta este sa ti un jurnal de recunostiinta in care sa-ti notezi lucrurile pentru care esti recunoscator in fiecare zi, de preferat inainte de culcare. Daca citesti acest paragraf, cu siguranta ai un loc unde sa stai, ai ce sa mananci, aspecte care reprezinta o incercare zilnica pentru multi dintre oamenii acestei planete. Cu acestea fiind spuse, mai mult ca sigur o sa afli anumite aspecte si situatii ale vietii tale pentru care poti sa-ti exprimi recunostiinta.
3. Opreste gandurile negative
Este destul de dificil sa fi o persoana pozitiva deoarece gandurile negative o sa apara din cand in cand la suprafata. Acestea vor apare foarte frecvent la inceput, dar o sa apara din ce in ce mai rar in cazul in care aplici aceste ponturi oferite. Atunci cand observi aparitia unor ganduri negative le poti opri din drum. Ideea este sa-ti intrerupi modul de gandire curenta pentru a-ti schimba starea interioara. Gaseste-ti un cantec care te amuza si la aparitia tiparului de gandire negativa fredoneaza-l chiar daca partea emotionala nu-ti ofera sustinerea de care ai avea nevoie pentru fredonarea cantecului.

Sharp lies split a country
September proved itself the month of bloodshed as Romania mourned the death of a child in complete unawareness. The case is an interesting one: the 4 years old child strayed away from his grandmother, reportedly accompanied by his two years older brother. Two hours later, the older returned to inform their keeper of the younger’s death.
“I was content!” testified the grandmother, when asked about the moment the police had announced the finding of the boy. A country fell divided by the words of a ghost-child ignored by his very relative.
While lacking any kind of proof, mass-media instigated people: “Child murdered by the strays!”. People were responsive, and so was the Romanian Government. The law was successfully promulgated: “stray dogs must die!”
The happening proved itself useful in terms of distinguishing the humane from the inhumane. Most people allowed themselves to be entrapped in the charade. Even before the legalization of euthanasia, Romanians were doing justice to their “hero” -- as the presumably dead child was presented to the public. Axes, darts, guns, as well as any other object usable as a substitute to a weapon, were put to work to destroy the swarming layers of “four-legged foes”.
The many who wished to protect the animals began to live in fear for the beasts that smashed the heads of dogs on a leash. A person was murdered for trying to defend a stray, and many were injured. In the peaceful former capital city, Targoviste, a 60 years old woman was aggressed by a man of the law, for merely feeding a puppy, after being harassed by said person on every chance-encounter.
As similar occurrences germinate in the simple Romanian society, the country is split. Animal lovers now mourn the defenseless victims, intelligently accusing the oppressors and dog murderers of a future of crime. “The dog killers of today - the child molesters/ murderers of tomorrow” their outcry resounds all over the internet. Few have the courage to protest in the open street, thus fear proves its usefulness.
Nevertheless, while Romanians linger in either hatred or fear, politics flourish in the name of those who subdued the country by division.
The stray dogs issue is far from novelty in a European Romania. Worthy of attention is the lack of involvement of the Romanian Government in the education of the masses. The dogs, usually dropped in the streets in cities or their outskirts, are the product of the ironically yet wittily named “sheeple effect”, a corollary of the large number of uneducated, easily influenced laymen.

Rugaciunea disperarii
Momentele imi sunt din ce in ce mai dese - acelea in care stiu, stiu! nu pot sa schimb nimic. Puterea cuvantului este pe cat de mare, pe atat de mica in relatie cu indolenta umana. Dar alta putere nu am, Doamne, nu am alta putere,,, iarta-ma, iarta-ma, asta e tot ce am...
Privesc in jur si-i vad pe toti cei drepti si buni ... Din ce in ce mai putini, din ce in ce mai plini de pete, rosii, negre, sange, venin, moarte, bani, BANI, BANI! Imi mor oamenii pe capete, Doamne! Si iata, iata ca nu vor sa vada, ei, ceilalti oameni, pentru ca li s-a spus “vedeti voi granita asta? Ce-i dincolo nu va intereseaza!” dar oamenii mor peste tot... De foame, de frig, in chinuri, iar ceea ce e dincolo e si aici, iar ceea ce-i aici este si dincolo... Si mi s-au trezit prea tarziu acum, acum cand cauta cu disperare sa stie tot raul dinafara, caci raul vine dinafara, dar raul vine dinauntru... Si ei nu stiu... Ei cred ca ma refer la tara... Dar nu ma refer la tara, ci la resursele bogate de nepasare specifice modernitatii.
Iar ceilalti se bucura, si rad, pentru ca BANII le vin mai cu spor calcandu-i pe altii in picioare. Sa va fie rusine!
Unde esti, Iisuse?! Vino sa te mai omoare o data si sa spuna tuturor apoi ca Dumnezeu te-a trimis ca sa te faca ei miel de sacrificiu, caci iata, frate, nici dupa doua mii de ani nu stiu ca ce ti-au facut tie li se face lor... Ba chiar se bucura cand sunt batjocoriti, caci mare e gradina Domnului dar multi se lasa prostiti cand vad holograma Portii Sfinte in cuvintele purtatorilor de aur. Si mor, Iisuse, cand le vine ceasul fara sa lase ceva in urma. Si da, vei spune ca lasa copiii mostenire lumii. Vai, dar ce copii, si cu ce viitor. Nu veni Iisuse, nu veni! Sunt multi Iisusi in lume si-asa, Doamne...
S-au construit sisteme de control, si au fost botezate “civilizatie”, unde omul munceste ca sclavul si moare ca cersetorul. Copiii pe care ii lasati planetei cad prada iluziei normalitatii - acea oaza de depravare sinistra pe care le-o serviti lingurita dupa lingurita ori de cate ori ii lasati sa vegeteze in fata televizorului si a calculatorului.
Nu-nchide pagina, omule, ca nu te judec. Cine sunt eu sa judec? Eu doar observ...
Atentia sa va cada pe ceea ce nu vi se spune! Primiti crampeie de realitate de la televiziuni aservite si pierdeti timpul ala si-asa prea scurt discutand in contradictoriu in favoarea rosului sau a portocaliului? Care din ei va vrea binele? Voi, in postura de oameni de rand, ganditi atat cat vi se-ntinde plapuma la suferinta celui blestemat de societate. Lor de ce le-ar pasa de voi? Imaginea poporului se reflecta in amandoi ca intr-o sala cu oglinzi, reflectandu-se mai departe in subalternii lor, in subalternii subalternilor lor, si tot asa.
Parca uneori imi pare rau ca nu m-am nascut schelet siliconat cu botul plin de grasime din propriile-mi fese... Mi-as fi scos atunci balcoanele la vedere, mi-as fi pozat betele pseudo-picioare precum si sus-amintitele... zone moi... si, alaturandu-le mesajului “salvati-va pe voi, romani si oameni”, le-as fi avut spoite pe toate billboard-urile doar pentru ca m-ar fi chemat “parasuta lui X” sau “fosta asistenta si saltea a lui Y”. Apoi realizez ca atentia ar fi fost indreptata catre ce-am mancat la micul-dejun si cine mi-a suflat in mancare si mi-a uscat parul cu feonul. Mesajul ar fi cantarit chiar mai putin decat demnitatea-mi nula si, deci, ies din acest scurt moment de ratacire (din nou).
Este un cerc vicios. Cu riscul de a ma repeta, v-o spun din toata inima: SALVATI-VA PE VOI, ROMANI SI OAMENI! Nimeni, nimeni altcineva nu va lupta pentru un suflet egoist, d-apai pentru atatea. Deci, fiti egoisti macar pana la capat cu un egoism rasfrant in viitorul vostru, al copiilor si nepotilor vostri. Ce daca voi nu veti mai prinde vremurile alea? Copiii pe care ii veti lasa mostenire lumii oare i-ati facut ca sa se chinuie? Nu fiti oameni, fiti animale, ca animalul care-si apara puiul si teritoriul cu indarjirea nebuna a sangelui spumegand.
